Accessibility / Website information

Designed for clear, accessible use.

We aim to make this website usable with a keyboard, across screen sizes, and with assistive technology. WCAG 2.2 AA guides this work; this statement is not a claim of certified or complete conformance.

01 / Website features

Access is part of the design.

Structure

Pages use descriptive headings, semantic landmarks, skip navigation, and meaningful link labels.

Keyboard

Navigation supports keyboard use, visible focus, and Escape to close the grouped menus.

Touch and reflow

Layouts adapt to narrow screens, with controls designed for touch as well as pointer and keyboard use.

Forms

Fields have visible labels, required and optional descriptions, and written feedback. Submission feedback distinguishes acceptance from inbox delivery. If a connection fails, the form keeps the same submission available to retry while the tab remains open.

Motion

No essential animation is used. Reduced-motion preferences limit incidental transitions and smooth scrolling.

Images

Decorative artwork is omitted from screen-reader announcements. The company logo has a text alternative.

02 / Continuing review

Accessibility is ongoing work.

Automated checks and browser reviews help identify problems, but do not establish complete accessibility. Further assistive-technology and device review remains part of our work.

Report a barrier

If you have difficulty using a page, email info@soagroup.ca. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and any browser or assistive technology details you wish to share. Please avoid sending sensitive information.
