Solutions / Implementation and improvement

Build the systems you need. Improve the ones you have.

SOA designs, implements, integrates, and improves systems and workflows. From a new application to a focused improvement, we connect the technical change with evaluation, user adoption, and the work needed to run it.

Discuss your challenge

The engagement

From an agreed need to a working change.

We agree the change and how your team will review it. We turn requirements and design into a working application, environment, or workflow, tested against its intended use. Your team contributes the agreed information, access, and decisions, with input from the people who will use and run the result.

AI

AI that connects knowledge and action.

SOA designs and integrates connected AI capabilities around your organization’s information, applications, and workflows.

Consider an operations coordinator turning a supplier quotation into an approved purchase request. Four capabilities could carry the task forward, keeping its evidence and decisions together.

  1. Find the relevant guidance.

The coordinator selects the quotation and describes the purchase. The application retrieves current purchasing guidance from approved sources within their access rights, with links to the originals.

  2. Interpret the documents.

Document processing extracts items, quantities, prices, and delivery terms, retaining references to the quotation. It checks these against the retrieved requirements and flags missing or conflicting information for the coordinator to resolve.

  3. Prepare the request.

The reviewed details and policy references populate a draft requisition. The coordinator adds the business reason, checks the proposed entries, and resolves exceptions with the responsible person.

  4. Submit and confirm.

With the coordinator’s authorization, an integration creates the requisition in the purchasing system and starts its existing approval process. The designated approver retains the decision. The coordinator receives the record reference and confirmed status; failed or uncertain updates require follow-up. The task completes when approval is confirmed, with sources, corrections, and decisions linked to the record.

SOA would configure document sources, role permissions, purchasing-system connections, required fields, and approval rules. Deployment, information sent to model providers, retention, and support responsibilities would reflect your operating requirements.

Bring one recurring workflow, the systems it touches, and the decisions your people must retain. We can define a practical first implementation together.

Cloud

Cloud built around everyday operations.

When a workload becomes difficult to maintain, migration or modernization needs to account for the information, integrations, and service the business relies on, as well as the people responsible after the move.

Prepare.

Review dependencies and the target architecture, establish access and network foundations, and decide what must be validated before cutover.

Move and test.

Migrate the application and data; reconcile results and test integrations to check that information and connected processes still work. Exercise the recovery approach.

Make releases repeatable.

Use infrastructure as code and delivery pipelines where they improve consistency and maintainability.

Operate and improve.

Establish monitoring, cost visibility, and runbooks so the operating team can assess service conditions and prioritize further work.

The work can also begin within an existing cloud environment, with a focused reliability, performance, or cost improvement.

CRM

CRM that connects sales and service.

A sales-to-service handoff depends on customer information reaching the right person with a clear next action. A Salesforce improvement could connect the process across the applications involved.

Situation to address

Customer context split between Salesforce and another application. Repeated entry, incomplete information, and exceptions handled outside the workflow.

Change to design and test

Configure and integrate the workflow to carry required information, make ownership visible, and surface failed handoffs. Tie reporting to the questions teams need to answer.

The work could include data migration and reconciliation, permission checks, user acceptance, guidance, and administration handover. Teams would review the change against agreed criteria, including whether users can complete the handoff and identify exceptions.

Release and operation

A release is ready when people can use and run it.

Across these situations, we review the working result with your team against the tasks, integrations, and controls it must support. We prepare documentation and guidance for the people taking responsibility. Where ongoing operation is included, we maintain, monitor, and improve the environment within the agreed scope and support responsibilities.

Next step

What do you need to put into use?

Bring the intended change, the current environment, and the people it affects. You can start with a focused improvement or a broader implementation.
