Privacy / Website information
How we use the information you share.
SOA Group Inc collects the information you choose to submit for the purpose shown on each form. Required and optional fields are identified before you submit.
01 / Purpose and choice
Information for a specific conversation.
- Business inquiries
- We use your name, organization, email address, inquiry, and any optional context you provide to understand and respond to your business needs. Business inquiries are handled by the staff responsible for SOA inquiries.
- Candidate profiles
- Recruiting staff use your name, email address, location, market preference, technology specialty, and any optional professional link or résumé to assess your fit for current and future recruiting needs. A résumé is optional. This does not promise a response, interview, client submission, or placement.
- Your consent
- Submission is voluntary. The form asks for your agreement to its stated purpose. It does not subscribe you to marketing or give blanket permission to circulate your candidate information to clients. Recruiting purpose and sharing arrangements should be clear before your profile is put forward.
- What to leave out
- Please do not include passwords, financial account information, government identification, health information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry or profile.
02 / Processing and protection
From the website to the responsible team.
- Website processing
- Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and delivered through Amazon CloudFront. Submitted information is validated and recorded in SOA’s private delivery queue before the website confirms acceptance. It is then sent through Google’s email service to the team responsible for the selected form. Website acceptance and email-provider acceptance do not establish inbox receipt.
- Optional files
- We accept PDF and DOCX résumés up to 5 MiB. Files undergo document validation and current antivirus checks before acceptance and again before email delivery. Required checks that are unavailable or inconclusive prevent attachment-bearing submissions from being accepted. These checks reduce risk but cannot guarantee a file is harmless.
- Service providers and transfers
- Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Authorized staff and service providers may process information outside your country, where different privacy laws may apply. We do not promise that website, email, or recruiting information stays in one country.
- Technical information
- Hosting services receive request information, including your IP address and the requested page, and may retain access and security logs. The form service uses protected request counters to limit abuse. This website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies, and does not save form entries in browser storage.
03 / Retention and requests
Website delivery copies have a limited purpose.
- Delivery copies
- Website message and attachment content is deleted from the delivery queue after the email provider accepts the message. Content for unsuccessful or uncertain delivery is retained for up to 72 hours from submission for investigation, then deleted by scheduled cleanup. Cleanup depends on the worker running; an outage can delay physical deletion until it resumes.
- Duplicate prevention
- Content-free request identifiers, protected fingerprints, and delivery statuses are retained for 14 days to prevent repeated requests from creating duplicate submissions. They do not retain the original message or résumé.
- Other copies
- These website periods do not delete received mailbox copies, recruiting records, provider logs, or backups. Those copies have separate operational handling. Contact the privacy team to ask about retention or request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for your information.
